Covid-19 update: Social Distancing

UPDATE (July 8, 2020):

In light of the executive order mandating masks in all public areas issued by Hamilton County Mayor Jim Coppinger on Monday, July 6, our Soddy-Daisy branch – located at 10087 Dayton Pike – will begin taking lobby meetings by appointment only effective Thursday, July 9, at the start of business.

Our drive-thru and ATM in Soddy-Daisy will remain fully operational and ready to serve you, and our online and mobile banking services are available 24-7.

Our team members are eager to do their part in slowing the spread of COVID-19 and Community National Bank remains committed to the health and well-being of each of our communities. We will continue to look to local elected officials and national healthcare experts for guidance, and commit to communicating any and all changes going forward.

Currently, CNB Soddy-Daisy is the only location affected by these changes.

(May 18, 2020, update on lobby service hours)

Dear Community National Bank customers, 

Effective Monday, May 18, all Community National Bank branch lobbies are open to foot traffic, with or without an appointment. Please observe marked social distancing guides inside our lobbies as we follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendations. 

Also, please note that all Community National Bank team members will be wearing masks for your protection. You are welcome to wear masks in our lobbies, but please be aware you may be asked to briefly remove your mask for security purposes, to allow our team members to positively identify you and help safeguard your money.

As we did prior to social distancing at all of our branches, Community National Bank will also continue to require frequent and regular disinfecting and cleaning of all lobby surfaces. 

Our lobbies are also deep cleaned nightly by professional cleaning crews.

Our team members are committed to regular and frequent hand-washing and use of hand sanitizer, and we have outfitted our lobbies with hand sanitizer stations for your use, as well. 
Please take advantage of this free disinfectant and feel free to use hand sanitizer regularly during your visit to our branch. If you find a sanitizer station that needs to be refilled, please let us know immediately. 
 
Also, we’d love to send you home with a brand-new Community National Bank pen when you visit — please take a pen, use that pen for the duration of your visit and keep that pen. By limiting reusable items, we aim to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19.
