J. Sherman Barnett
Sherman Barnett was named President and CEO of Community National Bank on May 1, 2005. Sherman began his banking career in 1983 and has experience with various banks and bank holding companies in East and Middle Tennessee. In 1999 he was the organizing CEO of a community bank in Hamilton County Tennessee. He graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 1976 and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware in 1990. A Certified Public Accountant, Sherman served in the US Navy from 1968 to 1972. Sherman is married to Linda Phillips, and they are the proud parents of three sons.

Ralph A. Beck
Ralph Beck, Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer, has been with the Community National Bank since 1990. He has an additional five years banking experience with the First National Bank and Trust of Rockwood and the First American National Bank of Dayton. He is a graduate of Tennessee Tech, and has two children. His background is further supplemented by the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Vaughn J Berger
Vaughn Berger joined Community National Bank as Chief Financial Officer on May 16, 2006.  Vaughn is a Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years of experience. Most recently, he worked in distribution for the past 9 years in the Carolina's and Virginia.  He held several different positions over his tenure, with increasing responsibility.  He has also worked in public accounting, Housing and Urban Development and healthcare.  Vaughn is a graduate of Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.  He recently relocated to Dayton with his wife, Kris, and their three sons.
