Click-n-Connect Online Banking

Experience a Fresh, New Way to Bank Online

Click-n-ConnectRO

Click-n-Connect is our next generation of Online Banking.  It has all of the features you are accustomed to with a fresh, new look and feel.  The things you use frequently are located on your home page so they are easy to access without having to navigate through menus.  There are also new features such as expanded alert capability with the option to send alerts to email, mobile device or within Online Banking and spending reports to help you keep track of where the money goes.

Current Online Banking users have been automatically converted to Click-n-Connect.  Some things, such as passwords and security questions, cannot be converted and will have to be set up by each user.  If this is your first time to login to Click-n-Connect, follow these steps and you’ll be ready to go in no time.

  1. Your existing User ID has been converted to the new system but has been converted in all lower case and is referred to as your Access ID. Enter your existing User ID in the Access ID field in all lower case. For consumer users, select the “Personal” button. For business users, select the “Business” button. Then click “Submit”.
  2. Your password will not be converted to the new system. Please use the last six digits of your Social Security Number/Taxpayer ID Number as your password. Click “Submit.”
  3. You will be asked to change your password. Reenter the last six digits of you Social Security Number/Taxpayer ID Number as your current password and then enter your new password and then reenter your new password to confirm. Your new password must be between 8 and 17 characters in length and must contain at least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character. When finished, click “Submit”.
  4. You will then be directed to select and answer 3 security questions that will be used to further confirm your identity when logging in from an unregistered computer. Choose a question from each section, provide an answer and click “Submit”.

That’s all there is to it!
